Let me start off by defining what the word Diet means in my context.
1.the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats
My personal food choice is Carnivore!
I will get into the why more in-depth in another post.
I must note that I am way more energetic and willing when I am on my strict carnivore diet. Boy does my motivation change! 🙎♀️ It’s actually sad to witness. It’s only sad because your cravings or impulses whatever it is overpowers your mind and you eat things that you very well know are not good for you. Ugh, the struggle.
I’m not sure if you can feel it even in my tone but I’ve been eating away! Thanksgiving was this week and leftovers have been the thing to eat. There’s pumpkin pies and pecan pies everywhere. Loaded carbs on carbs in every dish and they are delicious! The price I pay is a crappy overly-full feeling. Irregular bowel movement and lethargy. It is NOT worth it. (When will I learn?)

UPDATE: I’ve been allocating a lot of time into personal development, exercise and my new found interest in challenging myself!
For quite some time now I’ve noticed my business hasn’t been doing too well because of a few unexpected moves I’ve had to make in the past few years. I’ll get into that on another post.
Needless to say my rent has doubled and overhead is getting out of hand. I’m faced with breaking a lease, moving AGAIN and starting all over in a place that’s 24 miles away from my current location. I’ve made great friends where I am in a very short period of time. I’ve become attached emotionally with everyone there and so I start overthinking situations. It’s a huge decision but I truly don’t have the time or option to overthink it, worry or even get emotional about it.
Ughhhhhhhh this sucks!

Relax in the morning. Go into your day with awareness in that everything is going as it should be. If you’re late, you’re late. You can either get there late or never get there at all. Take deep breaths and rest well in that you are where you should be.
Take responsibility and take the measures needed to improve not only your mornings but your day to day moments in life.
Yesterday my love and I spent the day at Vista View Park in Davie Florida! On our hike we noticed something unusual about one tree so we got closer to inspect! To our wonderful surprise, the under side of the leaves were as soft as satin and had a toasty golden orange tone to them. The other side of the leaf was a deep shiny green. This here is Satinleaf tree!! I hope my video captured its unique colours and textures! Enjoy!

I love life. It’s the single most interesting thing in the world to me. I love talking to all types of people stuck in all kinds of realities. The most interesting ones are the ones stuck between constructed norms and what their heart and soul is urging them to do. It’s basically watching the caterpillar in the cocoon before it becomes a butterfly. It’s being able to watch the seed crack open for the beautiful flower to bloom one day! ❤ 😉
